**Shipping**

Your shipping fee during Checkout is an *estimated quoted* price. Please note that some items may appear as in stock but may actually be sold out. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items. We will inform you if any items are unavailable or will be restocked at a later date.

If additional charges are required, the customer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping fees.

All orders require 1-2 business days to process due to high order volumes or Credit Card Verification.

We use USPS and UPS as our primary delivery services for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments. We will update our site when additional shipping options become available.

A shipment notification email will be sent to the registered email address containing tracking information for your package.

**Please note:**
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPOs.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages if an incorrect address is provided.

**International Orders**

For international customers (e.g., United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, etc.):
- Place your order on our website. After your order is placed, we will send you a shipping quote to pay for shipping separately. At that time, you can decide whether to use our shipping service or your own shipping company.
- If using your own shipping company, they can pick up your order from our New York location. We will provide shipping quotes and all necessary information, including the weight and dimensions of your order.
- International customers are responsible for paying all customs, taxes, and duties for their orders.

**Lost or Stolen Package Policy**

If your order is lost or stolen, a USPS claim will be filed by us. After the claim is filed and completed by USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a full refund will be given. Customers must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.

**Estimated Delivery Time**

Typically, we process and ship orders within 48-72 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. You may receive items fairly quick but please give time to receive your order.

Estimated delivery time does not include several factors, including processing time in our warehouse—how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.
